Craniosacral therapy (or treatment) is attracting increasing interest for its gentle yet effective approach, working directly with the body's natural capacity for self-repair to treat a wide range of conditions. Craniosacral therapy is a manual therapy where the special therapeutic touch encourages structural and physiological rebalancing using the body's own healing energy.
I am registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK and am one of only three registered practioners in Northern Ireland.
